HURSTPIERPOINT VILLAGE VIRTUAL OPEN GARDENS

Each film can be watched individually or you can go for the marathon which takes about an hour - taking you from garden to garden.

YOU’VE ARRIVED

Our local St Peter and St James Hospice are set to lose £1m this year because of cancelled events.  You can make a huge difference in reducing this while enjoying yourself.

WHAT WILL I SEE?

The ever-popular Hurstpierpoint Open Gardens has been professionally filmed by Richard Paice.  The film captures the beauty and variety of 10 gardens - all in 5-minute clips.

WHEN CAN I SEE IT?

You’re in the right place to make sure you can still enjoy Hurstpierpoint Open Gardens in 2020 from 21st June when local photographer Richard Paice’s film will be released!

WHERE CAN I SEE IT?

So, this year you can make a cuppa, cut a slice of cake, pull up a chair and put your feet up safely at home and not miss out. You’ll also get little snippets of garden gossip here and there.

HOW CAN I ACCESS IT

If you have already donated via the www.hurstpierpointopengardens.org.uk website - just go straight to each film on here and click to watch. If you haven’t donated, please click on the ‘donate’ button on this page which will take you to the right place to donate.

WHAT SHOULD I DONATE?

Sponsorship is a  minimum of £5 per person to cover the complete 10 gardens (and 1 free extra film). Giving anonymously is perfectly acceptable. If you think you got lots more than £5's worth after, you can always go back and donate some more!

WHEN DOES ACCESS EXPIRE?

Access expires in the autumn and we will give some notice nearer that time but don’t miss out.

Like any event, trust is involved

We promise that this experience took many hours of goodwill to produce and is worth every penny and more. The gardeners have produced the most beautiful, calming backdrops for your enjoyment.  You will be transported to a little bit of heaven in a troubled world.

So if you can spare more than £5, please do. If you are on Facebook or other social media - share and share and share!

Let's make this a global event

Maybe your ex-pat relative in Australia would love to re-visit a summer’s day in an English village.  You can share this beauty world-wide - maybe give it as a present to someone having a hard time?  Just say you’ve sponsored it for them - and ask them to share too!

We’ve been through a rough year - let’s see if we can reduce that £1m loss for the Hospice and really achieve something wonderful.
